De apparatuur bestaat uit een kast met een basisprentplaat en ingebouwde netvoeding en schroefaansluitklemmen.
Er is ook een kast beschikbaar waarin een accu geplaatst kan worden om de centrale werkend te houden bij spanningsuitval.
Uitbreidingsprintplaten (3 toestellen en 1 ISDN-2 lijn en 3 toestellen zonder ISDN-2 lijn) kunnen in de Vox Alliance serie worden geplaatst om de capaciteit te vergroten.
De centrale is volledig digitaal gestuurd.
De Vox Alliance is er in de volgende drie uitvoeringen:
Alliance 10: Basisuitvoering 6 toestellen en 1 ISDN-2 lijn en is niet uitbreidbaar.
Alliance 20: Basisuitvoering 6 toestellen en 1 ISDN-2 lijnen en is uitbreidbaar tot 12 toestellen en 3 ISDN-2 lijnen.
Alliance 30: Basisuitvoering 9 toestellen en 2 ISDN-2 lijnen en is uitbreidbaar tot 18 toestellen en 5 ISDN-2 lijnen.
De Vox Alliance is in september 2003 uitgefaseerd.
The equipment is a cabinet with the electronics with build-in power supply and connection blocks.
There is a separate battery box to take over the power supply by a power strike.
Expending electronic plates for 3 extensions and a ISDN trunk can be placed in the Vox Alliance to expand the system (except Vox Alliance 10).
This system is a full digital system.
There are 3 different systems:
Alliance 10: Standard 6 extensions and 1 ISDN trunk with no expanding possibility.
Alliance 20: Standard 6 extensions and 1 ISDN trunk with expanding cards up to 12 extensions and 3 ISDN trunks.
Alliance 30: Standard 9 extensions and 2 ISDN trunks and with expanding cards up to 18 extensions and 5 ISDN trunks.
